Kyle's Character Sheet

My character that will interact with the box/weasel. :)

  1. Going with what the class said earlier, limiting your color palate to about 4 or 5 choices will help you if you decide to make this into an animation. Sometimes using less color can be just as effective, especially in cartoons. I also agree with the class that the weasel should be slender. Was there a reason for it being bulkier? If not, a slender weasel can appear more agile, flexible and menacing. You would also be doing yourself a favor by cleaning his fur up. You can still have it be dirty and messy, but don't add so many unnecessary fur lines. If you have to hand draw all of those, it could make them look more like caterpillars or dancing lines that can be both distracting and ineffective for your piece. I don't have concerns about Kyle's design, just make sure that his color palate is the same as the weasels if that's how you're tying them to the menagerie. I'm looking forward to your next update.
